Clive Nelthorpe is General Manager of Motive Tours Australia, which is linked to well-known retail travel agency, Motive Travel. Clive is the current Chairman of Australia's South West Inc. and has served as the General Manager of Best Western, a tourism industry liaison consultant, tourism lecturer at Edith Cowan University, and a consultant to many Government institutions in areas of tourism, marketing research, marketing program development and tourism infrastructure development. He also chairs the Fremantle Prison Ministerial Advisory Committee and Hospitality Group Training (WA). In addition, he has a background in tourism and hospitality consultancies within his own business, Clive Nelthorpe & Associates.

Christiane has more than 25 years experience in the travel & tourism industry. With a French Mauritian background, she is well educated and travelled. She migrated from Mauritius to Australia in 1981 and now holds a Certificate in Travel & Tourism, is a trained Professional French Speaking Tour Guide, and is also a Level II Accreditation Tennis Coach.
Christiane is a very lively and active person and has a particular passion for sports, achieving the following; Cottesloe Tennis Single Champion in 1984 & 1986 and Peppermint Grove Single Squash Champion in 1985.

Maria is from Reunion Island and has had vast opportunities to travel throughout her studies, in which she has recently graduated with a Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management. She has a variety of different experiences within the tour industry from sales and promotion, to tour guide and also consultant.
Maria is well travelled and can also speak three langauges; English, French and Spanish fluently.
